Suzanne Lisa "Suzy" Kolber She is a American sports journalist and sportscaster working with ESPN, is a member of the American television sports industry. She has previously worked for CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is a Pennsylvanian native and earned her Master's Degree from the University of Miami. Her professional journey began as a coordinator of video for CBS Sports in New York City. In her time at WTVJ-TV Miami, she won the Sports Emmy. Additionally, she was employed by WPLG-TV Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. In 1993, she joined ESPN and was selected as one of the first anchors for ESPN2 at the time it launched during the same year. She was employed at ESPN2 over the next three years, before resigning for Fox Sports. She was recruited in 1999 by ESPN to host "Monday night Countdown.'
